Congratulations on your decision to buy your first home!! This is one of the biggest decision of your life. It should also be one of the happiest. Choosing the right team can make a huge difference in the experience. Two people who will be key for you is your lender and your Realtor. Choose wisely! Make sure you feel comfortable enough to ask any questions you may have. This is too important to not understand all the details. Make sure you can ask anything, even if you feel it might be a silly question. Also, choose a Realtor who has time to spend with you. The busiest agent might not always be the best choice. In choosing a lender, make sure they explain the costs involved as well as what programs might best meet your needs. This first time homebuyer series will cover many of the things you will need to know as you move forward.
